EVP, Director of Strategic Inclusion for FCB Chicago
Marc Wilson began his career in advertising as a strategist, leveraging his intimate insights of the multicultural space to help businesses create more inclusive work. As he made his way up to Group Planning Director, he went on to pursue his PhD in Business Psychology, focusing on minorities in homogenized workplace cultures. Marc currently leads the Strategic Inclusion department at FCB Chicago, where he is responsible for the agency’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Marc earned his bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from Duke University, a master’s in psychology from Pepperdine University, and a doctorate in business psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
